| General Description |
| Indogel SGP-202A is mainly a kappa carrageenan, a food grade natural product processed from the red seaweed belonging to the family Rhodophyceae. It is a food additive specially blended and developed for use as primary gelling agent in water-based systems such as dessert jellies and air fresheners. Indogel SGP-202A is also suitable for use in various milk-based formulations by providing excellent syneresis control, fine gel texture and elasticity, and good flavor release. |
