| Indogel SGP-F08
is a pure food grade semi-refined kappa carrageenan, natural product processed
from the red seaweed belonging to the family Rhodophyceae. It is
a food additive specially developed for use in a wide variety of processed
meat products as binder and extender. It can significantly lower purge
or syneresis, increase cooking yield, and improve texture and sliceability
without altering color and flavor of the final product. It is also excellent
for use as gelling agent in water-based systems. |
